When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by 1st January 2027.

Are children welcome?

While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding celebration an adults-only occasion.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally named on your invitation.

What will the weather be like?

February in rural Victoria is typically warm to hot, with average daytime highs of approximately 26°C and cooler evenings dropping to around 13°C.

As the weather can be unpredictable, we recommend keeping an eye on the forecast closer to the date and dressing accordingly.

What time will the bus pick me up?

Shuttle bus timetables are available under the information heading.

Where should I park?

There is ample parking available at Barunah Plains should you choose to drive.

However, we encourage guests to make use of the shuttle service so you can relax and enjoy the evening celebrations.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the property, followed by cocktail hour on the lawns in front of the homestead.

The reception will then be held in the marquee. Signage and staff will be on hand throughout the day to guide you.

Can I stay onsite?

Unfortunately, onsite accommodation is fully booked and reserved for immediate family and bridal party guests. Guests staying onsite have been contacted privately.

Please note that there are no glamping or onsite camping facilities available.

Would you recommend wearing high heels?

Your fashion choice is entirely your own. However, we’d like our guests to be aware that there will be some walking involved on lawn and stone areas throughout the day and evening. We would recommend avoiding stiletto heels and opting for a more practical style.

Can I take photos on my phone?

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, with no phones or devices during the vows.

We have engaged an exceptional photographer and videographer to capture every moment so you can be fully present with us.

Once the ceremony has concluded, we would love for you to take photos and celebrate alongside us.We simply ask that no images of us are shared on social media until we have had the chance to post first.
